NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency

Dr. Dominic Geffken Dear Prospective Residents,

Welcome to the NH Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency (NHDFMR). We are a community-based program at Concord Hospital in Concord, New Hampshire. Our residency’s educational structure focuses on educating future family physicians in a setting that strives to maintain the joy in providing primary care to our patients. This is done by creating a structure that emphasizes the tenets of primary care which includes providing accessible, continuous, coordinated and comprehensive care to our patients. Our program prides itself in teaching the skills of working in a multidisciplinary team, providing health care to underserved populations and developing skills in systems-based practice.

We provide excellent preparation for full-spectrum family medicine and community leadership. We sincerely hope you will come to visit us. We would appreciate the opportunity to introduce you to our talented, diverse group of residents, faculty and staff. We look forward to learning more about you, educating you about us and showing how you can make a difference.

Best Wishes,
Dominic Geffken, MD, MPH
NHDFMR Program Director
